1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of championfinancegroup.com (the “Site”), operated by Champion Auto Finance (“Champion,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or submitting information through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What we do — and what we don’t
Champion Auto Finance is a New Jersey–licensed financing partner that coordinates lease buyouts with qualified lenders. Champion Auto Finance is not a lender. Nothing on the Site is an offer or commitment to lend. All financing approvals, rates, and terms are set by the lender and are subject to underwriting, credit approval, and applicable law. Information on the Site is general in nature and is not financial, legal, or tax advice.
3. Eligibility and accurate information
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a financing request. You agree that the information you provide is truthful, accurate, and yours to share. Submitting false or misleading information in connection with a financing application may violate state and federal law.
4. Financing requests and communications
When you submit a request through the Site, you authorize us to share the information you provide with qualified lenders, the dealer involved in your deal, and our service providers as described in our Privacy Policy, and you consent to us contacting you about your request by phone or email. We contact you by text message only if you opt in, as described in section 5.
5. Text messaging (SMS) terms
Program. Champion Auto Finance sends two kinds of text messages, and each needs its own consent. Non-marketing (informational) messages are about an inquiry or financing request you started with us, such as status updates, document requests, appointment reminders and replies to your questions. Marketing messages are lease buyout offers and promotions.
How you opt in. You opt in by checking the matching box on a form on this Site: one box for marketing messages and a separate box for non-marketing messages. Both boxes are optional and unchecked by default. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or financing.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies with your request and how you interact with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Opting out. You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message (CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE and STOP ALL also work). We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will receive no further text messages from us unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at info@championautofinance.com or (732) 618-2036.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and your text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to any third party. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including interfering with its operation, accessing it by automated means to scrape content, or submitting anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
7. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including the Champion Auto Finance name, logo, mascot, text, and design — belong to us and may not be copied or used without our permission.
8. Third-party sites and services
The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
9. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular financing outcome will be available to you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Champion Auto Finance will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
